Connect
An owner names their vet. We request the complete record from the clinic and bring it in: visit notes, lab reports, vaccines and prescriptions, in whatever format the clinic keeps them.

Every page is read and structured. Results from different labs, units and reference ranges resolve to one schema, so a kidney value from 2021 and one from last week sit on the same line.

The result is a longitudinal record: one timeline for each dog, across every clinic it has ever seen. A trend shows up before any single result leaves its range.
